1. Warranty Coverage

3. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse (including physical damage, liquid spills, or dropping the product).
  • Normal wear and tear (such as worn-out keycaps, frayed cables, or fading buttons).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Products without proof of purchase or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Shipping costs for returning products under warranty (unless specified otherwise by our customer support team).

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
